Nigel Bowrey

Nigel has extensive knowledge and experience of the Isle of Man’s finance sector gained during a period of involvement in the insurance industry of over 35 years, including acting as an executive director of an underwriter for a syndicate at Lloyd’s of London. Nigel has held various board positions both in the Isle of Man and the UK and through his wide ranging experience oversees the company’s strategic development, corporate governance and operations.

Kevin Perry
Managing Director
Kevin is the founder of Integrated-Capabilities Ltd and manages the day to day operations of the company and provides solutions to new and existing clients and their professional advisors. Kevin holds an MBA from Durham University, is an Associate of the Institute of Chartered Secretaries (ACIS) and a member of the Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners (TEP). Kevin has worked in the offshore fiduciary services industry for 30 years.

Kevin Perks

Kevin provides operational, managerial and client support to the team ensuring that our approach to client service is met throughout the organisation. Kevin is a Bachelor of Engineering having gained his degree from University College London, is an Associate of the Institute of Chartered Secretaries (ACIS) and a member of the Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners (TEP). Kevin has 14 years relevant experience. |

Rob Cannell
Director
Rob has recently joined the Company at director level with wide responsibilities including client relationship management, regulatory compliance, technical trust and company support to the wider team as well as the usual commercial responsibilities. Rob has over 15 years senior level experience in the offshore sector including a number of years with the Isle of Man income tax office. Rob is a member of the Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners (TEP) and holds a number of other finance related qualifications including financial planning, investment administration, company and trust administration and life/pensions. |

Kevin Quirk
Client Account Manager
Kevin and his team maintain the accounting, tax and VAT records for each client entity. Kevin has over 16 years experience in the accountancy, tax and VAT arena and is responsible for the quality assurance of his 5 strong client accounting team. |

Graham Clague
Client Administrator
Graham works primarily in the Company’s marine management division, I-Cap Marine. He is active in all aspects of yacht management, under the guidance of the managing director. The differing elements of Graham’s role include yacht registration, crewing and payroll, safety and compliance, EU imports, surveys and finance and insurance. Graham is a member of the Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners (TEP) and has been working in the fiduciary services industry on the Isle of Man for nearly 10 years. |

Stephen Brew
Yacht Administrator
Stephen is heavily involved with all marine related matters and has over 10 years experience within the sector. Stephen’s remit includes business development and maintaining exceptional client service levels to yachting clients. Stephen is a Bachelor of Science in shipping operations. |

Emma Quine
Client Administrator
Emma has day to day responsibility for a wide and varied portfolio of client structures, including commercial and residential property, trusts and investment holding structures. Emma is a student member of the Institute of Chartered Secretaries, has 4 years experience and is committed to providing clients with an exceptional pro-active service. |

Daniel Leadley
Client Administrator
Daniel provides client support to a wide and varied range of client portfolios and he is highly focussed on quick and efficient turnaround times. Daniel is a member of the Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners (TEP) and is a qualified Certified Accounting Technician (CAT). Daniel has been working in the fiduciary services industry on the Isle of Man for over 12 years.

Sharon Collier

Sharon is based in the Company’s Malta office and has responsibility for the local statutory, compliance and tax filings for client companies whilst managing the day to day activities of the office. Sharon has a BA (Honours) in Accountancy & Finance, is a member of the Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners (TEP) and Chartered Institute of Taxation. Sharon is resident in Malta and has worked within the finance industry in both the UK and Malta for 15 years which included spells with two of the ‘big four’ accountancy firms.

Claire provides valuable support to the company’s directors in terms of regulatory compliance, management related issues and special projects. Claire has 13 years management experience. |

Julie Hughes
Administrator
Julie has worked alongside Kevin Perry since 1997. Julie provides the company’s directors, client administrators and client accountants with administrative support while administering a number of client entities directly. Julie is often the first point of contact for clients when telephoning the office.

Office Assistant
Karyn is responsible for maintaining the company’s advanced document management system to ensure that all incoming and outgoing documents and communications are filed accurately and quickly so that its users can locate and retrieve records on their screens efficiently. Karyn is also responsible for maintaining the statutory registers and filings of the company’s client entities.

Elaine recently qualified as a Chartered Accounting Technician and has 19 years office based experienced of which 4 have been spent in the fiduciary services arena. Elaine provides bookkeeping services to client entities within the company’s marine division. |

Debbie works part time in the client accounting team and provides services to a wide range of client companies engaged in consultancy, trading and investment holding. Debbie has 17 years bookkeeping and accounts experience.

Marianna provides bookkeeping services to a variety of client entities. Marianna completed a Maturita exam certificate at the Business Academy in Slovakia and has nearly completed her Chartered Accounting Technician examinations. Marianna is fluent in English, Slovak and Czech.

Sue is qualified as a Chartered Accounting Technician and has 10 years bookkeeping and accounts related experience. Sue provides bookkeeping, tax return and accounts preparation service to a wide portfolio of client entities – ranging from management consultancy to musical production companies.

Alison is a member of the Association of Accounting Technicians (MAAT) and has been with Integrated-Capabilities Ltd since it was founded. Alison is responsible for the group’s own financial record keeping as well as maintaining a portfolio of clients for whom she provides bookkeeping and accounting services.
